How to remove a board member

There is nothing in the articles of incorporation or the bylaws sepcificaly stating anything about removing a board member. I can find nothing in Robert's Rules... so is a simple majority vote of a qurom sufficient?

**A: yes, or use a big board ie. 2X4 or larger.
