What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? TX
I am starting a home inspection business soon. In the state of TX to perform inspections you have to be licensed and also carry Error & Ommision insurance.
My question would be should I start a sole proprietorship or LLC.
I was thinking MAYBE the E&O insurance might cover my risks that a LLC would cover , so I should go with the cheaper just sole proprietorship.
I am probably wrong LOL, so I would like any advice if possible.
