I live in Delaware and I was thinking about making an Internet company and registering it as an LLC. The company will make, own and manage websites such as classifieds and social networks. Does each of these websites that it produces have to be registered as a LLC or DBA too? Or are they covered under the company that made them.

So you want to start a business and don't have a clue as to what you are doing? You will fail in a very short amount of time. Get a job in the business, learn all you can. Take a course or two in running a small business from a local college. Buy an hour of an attorney's time and have him review your legal requirements. Develop a business plan and follow it. When you feel confident you can start the business without the outside aid of a bunch of strangers on the internet, then consider starting you business. 50% of all small business start ups fail in a year, 90% in 5. The 10% that did not fail did what I suggested above.
