i had lasik surgery in sept. and i pay $100./mo. i still owe $1900. now they offer the service for $1500. is there anything i can do?

My response:

Well, you can certainly ask them about reducing your bill, but don't hold your breath. Products and services frequently go "on sale" and there's not much that can be done about it. Remember, yours is a contract that you agreed to, at a particular amount. All because they are having a "rummage sale" doesn't change the terms and conditions of your contract, unless they agree voluntarily as a "goodwill" gesture.
