I formed a corporation with another person that the two of us shared equally. The business is in financial trouble now, and I would like to sell it and make at least something out of it before it is too late. My partner says he cannot afford to buy me out and refuses to sell...what are my options?

Well, you could sign over all the present assets and liabilities to him to cut your losses.

Or... you could try to get as much cash from him now for the above as possible.

You could finance your half to him at the best possible terms agreeable to him knowing you may not receive one dollar.

You could try to convince him to find another partner that he likes to buy you out.

You could try to find him another partner.
