Income Disclosure Statments?

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? NE.

The company I am requesting information about is based in Ca, Fl, and Ut. The company is a muli-level with direct sales. The employees range from full time executives down to independent sales distributors.

Do these states, or does Federal, have a requirement for companies to disclose ALL income possibilities to all their employees or representatives?
