Hi I'm new to this forum, and this is my very first post so here goes nothing :)

Im going to explain to you the situation I'm in, (Im going to use fake business/corporation** name for privacy issues)

I am from British Columbia, Canada and I recently decided to start my own importing business.

I spoke to a lawyer and incorporated my business as (javatonn trade inc.**)

The business is still very early in the works, and I havent made in purchases yet.

However, this week I have decided that I want to create my own mens clothing/accessories company, and I have decided on a name for that brand (pungato**), which is not yet incorporated.

I was looking for some help on the legals behind this as my knowledge on this topic is minimal. Do i have to incorporate again under another name or can I link (pungato**), together will (javatonn trade inc.**) What are my options here, as I want my brand to be remembered as (pungato**). also Do I have to trademark the name?

Any advice, and information would be greatly appreciated. Thanks :)

We only do USA law here. There are some Canadian law forums out there to help our northern neighbors. Good luck. :)
