What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? New York
Hi all. I need some help/advice. I'm trying to start an online babysitting booking service. Basically, for a monthly fee, participating member parents can log into the site, and interactively book a sitter for whenever they need one.
I'm not sure what kind of insurance, or if I even need any kind of insurance to protect myself and my sitters. All jobs will be in the parents home.
If anyone has any idea on the answer to this, it would be appreciated!
