Internet Link Permission

I am currently creating a web page for internal use within my company. The page in question is basically a page of links to medical licensee verification sites. (state, and other)

My question is do I have to obtain permission from each one of these sites in order to create a link to it?

Most sites would be thrilled to get linked (so long as the link is not derogatory), and while you are at it, create a link to www.FreeAdvice.com.
