My problem is that a few months ago I joined Ezesurf (A Internet Service Provider, or ISP),they were advertising that if you bought £39 worth of shares that you would be able to surf the internet with an 0800 number for life. This was true because myself and a few people, that I introduced to the service, have been doing this joyfully until a few weeks ago. When we tried to dial-up to the 0808 number that we were given, which is also a toll free number according to BT. We got a tone like the number never existed. When I try to call the customer helpdesk that I was given (0870 444 4211 or 0870 4445555) you get put on hold, and after a long while you get disconnected. I tried emailing them from the emails that I received in the past but there is no response. I even tried writing to their snail mail address and no response. Their WebPages also just disappeared. I even got replied emails from them.
Could you please advise me on what to do about this, or direct me to someone who could help me. Because I’m sure I’m not the only one that is having this problem with Ezesurf.
