I have started a new company. The company is incorporated and I am looking for an attorney to help with some employment contracts and IP.

What should I be looking for and what are good questions to ask of an attorney/firm?

I think you would be hard pressed to find a lawyer who was versed in employment law AND IP.

But, ask the lawyer/law firm, "Who (besides you, of course) is the best [kind of law you are interested in] lawyer in this area?"
