Intl Clothing line

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Arizona

I am buying a clothing company in the USA that I want to expand into Canada. What I need to know is, how do I structure my company? Should I just have one LLC run everything? Or should my LLC open a biz entity in Canada? All the clothing production sold in Canada will be made in Canada.

I may even use my Roth IRA to purchase the company to get the tax advantages. Would the IRA need to form a new LLC, then buy the Clothing Company, then run everything from one LLC?

I do have family in Canada if thats necessary.
Please help. Thank you very much.
