State of Michigan. Corporation has 6 officers with equal shares. All are supposed to spend equal hours for all duties and all duties have eaul pay rate (per written agreement).

Type A tasks were tacked in a "Time Tracking Book". Type B tasks were assigned equally to all of them.

One of the officers never performed any Type B tasks. He always found a way to give them to some one else. These are time consuming tasks (such as reconciliation of books etc.) that were meant to be rotated.

Sold the business. Five of the officers sat together and decided how much time they had spent for Type B tasks. They did those tasks eqaully. Added those hours in the "time tracking book" for record. Their hours exceeded the 6th.

As per the written agreement between all six, the other 5 were paid for the extra hours worked above and beyond the 6th officer.

The 6th wants to go to court saying that he was cheated and that the hours were padded.

Payment was made in the books via payroll after documenting the hours. He admitted oraly that he never did any Type B tasks and there are proofs that they were done by others. Does he have a case?
