In a bridal shop, would it be legal to give a gift card for say $100 to a bride when she books her tuxedo's and bridesmaids gowns with the store. In this situation the brides would not be the one paying for the tuxes or gowns but she IS the one who decides where they are purchased / rented. This kinda sounds like an illegal kickback to me but I'm not sure.
