What is the name of your state?
Tennessee ......

1. What is the real difference in letter of credit vs insurance for employee theft?
2. Is business insurance that includes employee theft sufficient to cover employee dishonesty, theft, etc. vs a letter of credit, for instance.
3. Could insurance to cover employee theft be used to cover losses due to employee indiscretion with a 3rd party? For instance, a c-store has lottery and lottery monies could be illegally taken and not deposited?

What is the difference?
