| | | Liability Insurance for an S corporation in Florida What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Florida
I own a very small corporation with few cash assets at this time. Further my business has no customer walk-in and very little exposure to risk in my opinion. I do lease an office with three employees.
My question is do I actually need Liability insurance for the corporation since there are few assets that could be taken out of the corporation? I do have my own personal assets which are much more substancial. Would I be protected by the corporation should say a non-employee was hurt in my offices on a visit or something like that?
Thanks! | |
