What is the name of your state? Georgia...I have a small business in which I lease building space. I have been notified by a contracter that installed my sprinkler system that they will not accept payments on what I owe them and will get a lien against my business if I don't pay in full in 3 days. Since I lease out this space, what exactly can they do to me? Someone told me that they will take over my business but that doesn't right. Can anyone tell me what I'm facing here???
