What is the name of your state?Colorado, I am looking into opening a nightclub and need a question answered. If I have a D.U.I on my record does mean I will be unable to hold a liquor license? Also can I ecsponge my record then obtain the license?

Call your state liquor control board and ask them. DUI convictions cannot be expunged in Colorado.
