#1. What are the legal ramifications of having my corporation address as my home in the state of California? I don't have enough business to have an off-site location yet.

#2. Does anyone know where Cargo insurance can be purchased? Some of our computer work involves the transport of computer equipment.

There is no problem with having your home address as your corporate business address; however, to be completely legal, you should get a business license of the address. You can get that at your local city or county government office.
