Llc#1. What are the legal ramifications of having my corporation address as my home in the state of California? I don't have enough business to have an off-site location yet. #2. Does anyone know where Cargo insurance can be purchased? Some of our computer work involves the transport of computer equipment. Thanks for your time. Scott Weger |

| There is no problem with having your home address as your corporate business address; however, to be completely legal, you should get a business license of the address. You can get that at your local city or county government office. Following are links to companies that offer cargo insurance: http://www.aibnet.com/index.htm and http://www.avalonrisk.com/. I know nothing about these companies other than that they are listed on the Internet, so I can not give any opinion about them. |
