What is the name of your state? VA.

My situation is I own property with to other people. we are partners of two short term rental properties in Florida. I want to establish a LLC by myself because I have the ability to buy more property. How can I establish this and maintain my relationship with the other parties. From what I understand we still are partners on the existing properties sharing profits and debts.

What is the relationship between your ability to buy more houses and your desire to form an LLC?
Are you asking whether a newly formed LLC will affect existing assets (the rental property)? Of course not.
Or are you asking whether you can substitute your presonal interest in the existing rental property with your newly formed LLC?

Your question is vague. Please clarify.
