Does an LLC need to have a board of directors, and if so, are there limits on who the board of directors can be. I mean, can I put my dad as a member of the board? Can I, as the CEO/President, also be on the board?
On a tangential point, in an LLC can I wear multiple hats? Can I be the treasurer, the president, and the mailroom clerk? I believe I read that one can have multiple hats, in an LLC, but I just want to make sure.
