| | LLC company lawsuit What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? MS My sub contracting buiss being sued by a customer that is not willing to be reasonable with job performed. We are a dealer for a larger corp. and the customer went all the way to the main shareholder of corp. to get what he wanted after numerous attemps and alot of extra expense to make him happy with job ( above and beyond reason ), We in no way could please him. He ran off two other subs before us saying their work was unsatisfactory also. We are highly trained by our parent corp. Our representative from corp. checked our work on two occasions and found it very good and above industry standards. He customer managed to get the corp to give him 6500.00 in materials. Our rep said it was to get him off thier back and that in no way did this reflect on our workmanship. And then customer turns around to sue us.He is asking for the moon and living on mars. What do I do? countersue? What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? |
