What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Illinois
I want to start a LLC with two members, my wife and I. However I want to designate myself as the manager and my wife as a silent partner. When I fill out the articles I will put my name under the "managed by the manager" Where do I designate my wife as the other member? Under the "name of organizers"?
Also both of our names should be under the "name of the organizers", correct? (I think I am answering my own question but I want to be absolutely sure.)
