There are three members I hold 45% another holds 45% and the other holds 10% of an LLC. After returning from vacation the locks were changed and I was told I no longer have a job there. I no longer recieve my salary. I have requested that they send me end of month statements (which they have not done yet) I am a major investor in this LLC. in excess of $250,000.00. What rights do I have and is it actually possible to get rid of a partner in this manner? Thank you!
