Hi everybody,

What rule applies to let a member in or out of the LLC when no previous operating agreement has been signed (just a simple LLC agreement was signed and registered in DE State)?
Does majority stake or majority vote (or else) suffice to decide to let go a non-cooperating member for example?

Many thanks for the help!
