Hi! My husband and I are forming an LLC for the purpose of purchasing and managing investment properties. I have a question about the operating agreement that we are supposed to file. I looked up sample operating agreement forms on the internet and I get stuck at: Schedule 3 - Valuation of members interest - $ amount? What would be put here? How can that be determined? All of our assets are owned jointly, as will be the LLC. Can anyone offer any advice? Thanks!
