What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? NJ

Hi All,

I and my wife have a now a defunct consultancy LLC that I recently foung out has been revoked in NJ. The business was established in 2011 and I have filed taxes for it in 2012, 2013 & this year (2014). I want nothing to do with this LLC anymore and would like to stop filing taxes.

my question is. If the business does no sales in 2015, can I completely abandon the LLC, not pay any taxes and simply forget about it. I dont want to dissolve the business because I will have ot reinstate it and then dissolve it which all will cost me about 1000$

thoughts ?
