LLC question - add a member, change name, and change business purpose

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Georgia.
I have an active LLC in Georgia, and I am currently the only member. It is set up with primary purpose to conduct real estate. I am purchasing a retail business, and want to add my wife as a member, and use this LLC to conduct a retail sales business, along with real estate. I would also like to change the name. Can these things be done, or do I have to set up a new LLC? Many thanks, Mark.
