LLC or 'S' Corp?

What is the name of your state? TX
I am considering purchasing a buy, sell, trade, sporting goods franchise and plan to manage/work at the store fulltime. The store would have at least three other employees. In researching corporate structuring I've found that I should probably form either an LLC or 'S' Corp but, don't know which would be the best for my situation. Any advice?
