We are setting up a LLC for a recruiting firm , I am 25% of the ownership. I heard that I should do a voting share set up to protect myself ,I have two partners they are each 37%. What I need to know is what is the name of this type of agreement ? I cannot seem to find any sort of self help information ? Can I do this myself or should I have a business attorney do it?
