I invested $3,600 in a small business through Universal Business Strategies (a business set up to help other people start businesses). The package came with a money back guarantee if you were not satisfied with the business or did not make money with it. You had to advertise and work the business for one year to be eligible for the refund. I have met all the criteria and am approaching the one year mark.
I have been unsuccessful in contacting Universal Business Strategies for over a month. I call their numbers and leave messages, have sent a letter to the business address, and have emailed numerous times to no avail.
Can anyone tell me how to track the company down and get my money back?
