What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? California

I work freelance in the film/tv world as an Editor. I set up an S-Corp to run all my income thru while in California. Now, I am relocating to Tennessee and need advice about moving my S-Corp from CA to TN. Can I just transfer the S-Corp to a new state, or do I need to dissolve it here in CA and start up a completely brand new one in TN? Any advice on how to proceed would help.

And, I've been thinking about hiring a lawyer to do it for me if it's really complicated.
