What is the name of your state? Texas

I have a Texas corp that was started for a small operation. Now, it brings in no money and so I don't want to kill it - and I don't want to pay the > 100 dollar per year franchise fees in Texas, etc.

What would be involved in moving it to Nevada, and keeping the same name?

It's privately held by myself - all stock. And the whole corp really has less than $10K in assets.

Would it be best to disolve the texas corp and re-start it in Nevada Or can it be "moved"
