I have been searching for information on what the legal procedures are for starting a music publishing company. Any information would be helpful, thanks.

Dear Mary:

I would think that talking to an attorney, familiar with corporate law, would be your first step; and your first step would be to create a corporation. Then, you're going to need various contracts; e.g., publishing contracts, artist agreements, studio agreements, etc.

By the way, loved you in the "Dick Van Dyke Show" and "Rhoda".

Ooooooooooh, Mr. Grant.

Mary

A little nostalgia: What was Mary Tyler Moore's T.V. name on the Dick Van Dyke Show?

On Rhoda?

On the Lou Grant Show?

And, what was the name of the spin-off show from the Lou Grant Show?

What was Ed Azner's name on that "spin-off" show?

True or False?

1. Tyler Moore's parents played a cruel joke on him.

2. Tyler Moore's parents were "fans" of the Mary Tyler Moore Show?

3. Tyler Moore has been haunted by questions like this thoughout his life.
