In February of this year my family decide to open a business doing what they have been doing for the past 8 years. The problem is that 3 of them were still working for the company that gave us that idea. Last month they were all fired because the company had found out about the family business and hired some detectives. The family company is not in their name and they were not actually hired, they were just there to help. That company had actually lured them out of another company to work for them. Is the family company in trouble of being sued?
