I am purchasing a Boxing machine with a friend which we intend to locate in a local rugby club. The game requires the user to punch a ball as hard as they can to get the highest score.
The machines have been set up in local bars and clubs in the area.
I need to know the following;
1. Do I need a legal contract with the club owners as they are friends of mine and it is just a trial?
2. Do I need any sort of insurance for one machine or does the club insurance cover it?
3. Do I need to set up a company to do all this (at the moment it is just a friend and I 'testing the waters')?

Please Help
