Dear Sir/Mam,
I started a business in Bensalem PA, in Nesahaminy Mall "Eyes by India", basically its a service where we remove facial hair with a piece of thread, and is known as Threading, basically its an artwork from India. Now the inspector of cosmetology department came and they said that it comes under the parameter of cosmetology, and I cannot operate this business, well I asked them do they have any kind of course where I can get the education from you and you will provide licence, and they say they dont know what is Threading and they dont provide education in that field. Its surprising the thing which they cannot educate has a right to stop my business. This Threading business is running all over united states and nobody has licence. If you go to google search for threading you will find tonnes of threading business. Do you pl. give me fair legal advice what shoud I do now Thanks
