TN - My business is a sub chapter C corporation (mainly for liability sake) and I am about to start a new related business but I wanted to keep them separate. What do I have to do to start another company and have it owned by the main corporation? I guess I am talking about an umbrella corporation. For simplicity sake, I wanted to have the new business be 'a division of' the main corporation.

Any ideas?
