I am an alian on H1b B Work visa (Authotrize to work for current company) and need advise on starting a startup of my own.
1) As i understand i can be a partner with a new startup without taking any profits or salary unless i get a H1b from the new startup or get my Green Card.
2) As i understand that a foreigner residing in another contry can also start a startup in USA.
What my query is will it be possible for a foreigner to start a startup and i will be his non profit sharing partner till that time when i get my new H1b with the new startup or gets my Greeen Card.
Please advise me on this.
