I bought a new car in 97, recently in a storm it received hail damage, after taking to several body shops for esimates, they are telling me that this has been repainted before that is was either wrecked or damaged before. i bought it new off the lot,what can i do , i have several problems with this car that might this car wasn't new . i live in ohio, please advise.
