What is the name of your state? Florida

I have recently started a home based business as a corporation. My question is in order to protect myself from personal liability what is the proper way to sign documents as an officer of the corporation? Is just signing my name and title good enough or must I also include the company name? Must this also be done on "minor" documents such as credit card receipts?
