Hi,
I sell children's tutus and the manufacturer of tulle that I purchase from regularly test for lead, and the tulle is indeed lead free and made in the USA.
With the new law signed that will go into affect on 2/10/09, it states that every business (large or small) that doesn't test for lead will be selling products illegially. This is devestating to small biz and will hurt the economy.
Anyone have any insight on this? I'm deeply concerned. I really don't know what to do at this point as testing will run tens of thousands.
