No Compete ClauseI am ending a parternship, and they want me to sign a no compete clause that I will not practice within a 30 mile radius of the partnership for 2 years. Can this mean that as long as I do not actively try to get clients from the partnership that I can still work in the same area as the partnership? Thanks! |

| The purpose of a non-compete clause (also known as a "restrictive covenant") bars ex-employees from going to work for competitors.
