What is the name of your state? TN

I want to start an inflatable moonwalk business (big bouncy things kids jump in) but all the insurers have stopped writing coverage for moonwalks.

If I create an LLC and have the renter sign a liability waiver before I set up the equipment, will I be protected from lawsuits? I don't seem to have any other options.

on another forum explain a little more about why I'm asking this, if anyone is interested in more details.

There are a lot of theories, but I'd like ot hear from some legal people as to what you think.
