I have my life & Health liscense and used to consult companies on Group Benefit Plans.
Now,I currently hold a different sales possition with the same firm that puts me in front of about 400 businesses a year.
I would like to refer these businesses to an different insurance broker to service and split the commission or start my own agency to run the business through while continuing to hold my new sales position.
1. Can I do this?
2. What type of lawyer or professional should I seek out to get into specifics
