I am in the process of setting up a Nonprofit Christian Communications Company for young people. I just received my Articles of Incorporation and By-Laws back from the Internet based company that is handling my set up. I am suppose to sign these forms and mail them to the State Department of Assessment along with a $120.00 fee. But I'm not sure I understand the forms and my obligation in them. Is there free legal advice I can get to help me through this process of setting this nonprofit company up?
