not paying reps

[Freedom fighter]

A manufacturer hired 30 reps all over country who got her line well out there. She then didn't pay them and hired in-house sales people to continue accounts.She broke contracts with them and didn't pay. All out of state and all individuals. What can they do?

I suggest that they band together and hire a local attorney to take appropriate legal action. Either that or each person could consider taking action (small claims) against her (assuming she has sufficient assets to pursue).
