If I'm an officer of a corporation Sec/treasurer and 50/50 owner, how do I resign and release all duties and ownership?

You need to look at the Corporation By-Laws. It should specify the procedure for resignation of office. As for terminating your responsibility, the By-Laws should also include process for selling shares and termination of position.
