ok for a lessor to ask for ssn/dob for a lease?Starting a business and I need to know if it is ok for a lessor to ask for my social security number and date of birth and put it on a lease for a business location? |

| Sure they can. It's through that information that your credit history is derived. If you don't want to provide it, they can decide not to lease to you. You still have the final choice.
