What is the name of your state? Currently Florida
Had a Delaware sub S for 7 years. Problem arose. Filed dissolution in March 1993. Moved to Florida. Kept getting notices of taxes owed in Delaware. I ignored them. (dumb huh) Because of parents health I need to return to Delaware. Will I have a problem setting up a sole proprietorship in the state? Is there a SoL on this type of claim? Thanks.
